Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide*.

*We will cancel the order and inform you about it, if for any reason the order to your location cannot be fulfilled.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BMBMWORKS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What if the order is not received?

If you haven’t received your order 7 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@bmbmworks.com with your name and order number, and we will take care of it.

Exceptions for Genuine OEM and Custom Parts

• Genuine OEM Car Parts Shipping: Please note that OEM car parts are sourced from various manufacturers warehouses. Due to this, shipping times for these parts can extend an additional 1-2 weeks beyond our standard delivery estimates.
• Carbon fiber, FRP Body Parts and Full Body Kits: Custom body parts which include all carbon fiber and FRP parts are made upon order and require additional time for production. These parts due to their size and the complexity of manufacturing, can take 2 weeks to prepare with additional 2-3 weeks for shipping. We appreciate your patience as these high-quality, specialized items are crafted to meet your specific needs.
